p. 93 Nov. 1833.  Letters of administration on the estate of Samuel walker,
deceased, granted to Malcom McLeod and David Hardin.
The Court appointed the following to appraise the estate:
       Adair, Brazell George, Andrew Porter, Robert H. Porter, and John
Howell (probably Howie)
     p. 210 Nov. 1835.  David Hardin and Malcom McLeod cited to appear at
next term of court and show cause why an order of distribution should not
be granted to the widow and heirs petitioning for same.
     p. 289. Nov. 1836. Estate of Samuel Walker, deceased, distributed to
13 heirs, each to receive 193.31.  Heirs are:

              2. Heirs of John Walker, dec'd (not named)
 3. Malcom McLeod in right of his wife, Sidney C.

  4. Alberry Wasson in right of his wife, Ann B.

     From "executers and Administrators, 1841-50".  Bond of Wiley B. Wasson
as gdn. of the person and property of Wesley and Nimrod Walker, minor heirs
of Samuel Walker, dec'd.  1300.00 Richard B. Walthall and John Howie as his
securities. Dated 13 Novombor 1843.


Minutes of Probate Court, Book D, p. 374.  7 Feb. 1845.  Wiley B. Wasson
mentioned as gdn. of Mary B., Wesley, and Nimrod Walker.


     MPC, Book D, p. 590: 13 Feb. 1846.  Came Wiley B. Wasson, gdn. of
Wesley W. and Nimrod Walker, and filed his accounts for a final 
settlement as to Wesley W. Walker, and a partial settlement as to 
Nimrod. Wesley is of full age and he in his own person in open court waives
the necessity of giving notice as required by law, and asks that his 
guardian's accounts be allowed...The guardian reported that he had received
for his ward $747.08 and paid out $406.66, leaving a balance of $340.42, 
said sum of $340.42 to be a charge against said guardian in favor of Nimrod
Walker on this partial settlement.


     Perry Co., Ala., Minutes of Probate Court, Book E. p. 605: Nov. 5, 
1849. Wiley B. Wasson, gdn. of Nimrod Walker, filed his accounts for a 
final settlement  of his guardianship.  Wm. W. Wasson produced a power
of attorney, showing that Nimrod is of full age, and authorizing him (Wm. 
W. Wasson) to make settlement with said Wiley B. Wasson for Nimrod. 
Wm. W. Wasson gave his receipt for balance due Nimrods:  398.44.


     MPC. Book C, pp. 8-9: May 1838.  Shelby D. Walker appointed guardian
of Sampson Walker, a minor of Samuel Walker.

     p. 93.  Account of the sale of property belonging to estate of Samuel
Walker, at his residence on 6 Jan. 1834.  Some of purchasers were:
Wm. England, Elijah Walker, Mrs. Rollston (or Ralston), A. Wasson,
Wm. Howie, John Howie, and others.


     Shelby D. Walker left estate in Dallas Co. Alabama.
